Our staff will conduct an assessment, monitor your heart rate, fitness levels, reaction to each exercise, set and rep, to make sure the program is achievable - without being boring or repetitive. They will monitor your progress, motivate you, not hassle you, show you how to do exercises correctly, explain which muscle (group) is affected, with the added comfort of only ever being a phone call away.

NUTRITION is a major factor in weight management and advice and a diary is produced so you can record and monitor your intake.
